      Comparing Testing:

      • Comparing the tungsten carbide nozzle, boron carbide nozzle and PCD nozzle by sandblasting on a hard metal surface with 24 mesh green silicon carbide sand, the result shows:

      • The tungsten carbide nozzle lasts 8 to 10 shifts

      • The boron carbide lasts 70 to 80 shifts

      • The PCD nozzle lasts over 1000 shifts
